Support coordinators are welcome to make that call on a participant’s behalf, and most of ours do.

Our clinical work is Registered Nurse-led and delivered where the participant lives. It covers wound care, PEG feeding and enteral care, medication administration, and support for ongoing health conditions. NDIS-funded supports are billed in line with the NDIS Price Guide, so the rate is set by the scheme rather than by us. Private clients, including those arranging home care services in Cranbourne, are quoted a fixed rate with GST added. Quotes are free, carry no obligation, and set out the schedule, the duration and the type of support in writing before anything starts. We do not offer payment plans.

If you are not certain your plan has room for what you need, bring it along and we will go through the budget with you before quoting.
