Inclusivity is a core promise at Ability Aid Support. People of all backgrounds, races, genders, ages, and beliefs are embraced by our team. Every participant we work with receives the exact same standard of respect, empathy, and dedicated attention.
Paying for Support: NDIS Plans and Private Clients
NDIS-funded supports are billed in line with the NDIS Price Guide, so the rates are set by the scheme rather than by us. Private clients are quoted a fixed rate with GST added. Either way, the quote is free, carries no obligation, and sets out the schedule, the duration and the type of support in writing before anything is booked. We do not offer payment plans.
If you are unsure whether your plan has the room for what you need, bring it along. Working that out is part of the free consultation, not something billed on top of it.

How to Reach Us
Phone 1300 70 12 40, or send an enquiry through this site. Enquiries are answered within 2 hours during business hours, and you have our guarantee of a full response within 24 hours either way. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday visits and calls are available by appointment. We are closed on Sundays.
Support coordinators are welcome to make that first call on a participant’s behalf, and most of ours do. The first conversation is free, as is the written quote that follows it. Anything emailed to admin@abilityaidsupport.com.au reaches the same place.
We come to participants rather than running a drop-in centre, so our workers are out across the 3072 area every week: homes off Bell Street, around High Street, along Plenty Road and near Raglan Street, plus the neighbouring Darebin suburbs.
