What You Will Be Charged, and What You Will Not

NDIS-funded supports are billed in line with the NDIS Price Guide, so the rates are set by the scheme rather than by us. Private clients are quoted a fixed rate with GST added. The quote and the consultation are both free and carry no obligation, and the figures are in front of you in writing before anyone is rostered. We do not offer payment plans.

If you are not sure whether your plan has room for what you want, bring it to the consultation. Working that out is part of the conversation, not something charged on top of it.

Yes, our NDIS registration is current. We deliver NDIS-funded supports under the NDIS Price Guide and work to the NDIS Practice Standards, with an audit completed through Citation group. Every worker holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check and Working With Children Check. Tell us how your plan is managed and we will confirm what applies to you.

1300 70 12 40, Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Saturday is by appointment and we are closed Sundays. Anything that arrives during business hours gets an answer within 2 hours, and a full response is guaranteed within 24.

Yes, NDIS services follow the NDIS Price Guide. Private clients pay a fixed rate plus GST. Quotes are free and carry no obligation, so you see the numbers before anything starts.

Yes, and it is a common arrangement. Plenty of participants keep a group program or a transport service with a bigger organisation and use us for the in-home hours, personal care and nursing around it. We roster around the days you are already committed to.

Yes. Combining supports in a single shift is the normal arrangement here, and for participants funded across several support types it is usually the point of using a single provider.
