There are two ways support is paid for here. Where the person has NDIS funding, services are billed in line with the NDIS Price Guide, so the scheme sets the rate rather than us. Otherwise it is paid for privately at a fixed rate with GST added. The consultation and the written quote are both free and carry no obligation, and the hours, schedule and type of support are agreed before anyone is rostered. Payment is due in full, invoice by invoice.

Ringing Us, and Where Our Workers Are During the Week

The Questions That Come Up on the First Call

Start with the nights and the gaps. If the unsafe hours are the ones when nobody is there, scheduled visits will not fix that, and a residential home may be the better answer.
