What Home Care Costs, and What Sets the Price

The cost question leads almost every first call.

There is no single hourly figure, because the price turns on four things:

1. How many hours a week you want.
2. When those hours fall (weekday mornings cost differently to Sundays and overnights).
3. Whether the work is clinical or personal care.
4. How it is funded.

NDIS-funded supports are billed in line with the NDIS Price Guide, so those rates are set by the scheme rather than by us. Private clients are quoted a fixed rate with GST added.
